I am trying powdered eggs, mostly to honor Larry's memories of making scrabled eggs with bacon bits on his backpacking trips (that was before his Shattuck project and 70 hour work weeks...). I didn't expect much, but the omelet turned out really well. Oh, I melted a hole through the plastic spoon while taking this picture... Molly Stone's powdered eggs rock!
