I am running late - most of the Divas are alrady at the Fourth of July lake since Friday night. I am wondering if they are still there - the white stuff I could see on the top of the mountains is indeed snow. And there was some black ice on the road going to the trailhead, bad enough to stop traffic for quite a while. But I found cars fitting the description in the parking lot, so I am heading up hoping I won't end up backpacking solo...
